Directions to Rosamund Green Farm (Do not follow SAT NAV directions, you will get lost!)

Please note that access to Rosamund Green Farm from the A371 Wells - Shepton Mallet road is strictly prohibited in horsebox or trailer.

For lorries exceeding 7.5 tons, please approach from the A37, past Mendip Fireplaces as the road is wider.

From Wincanton/Yeovil (A303, A37, A371)
Approach Shepton Mallet from the A37. At the first major roundabout, ignore the sign to the left signed Shepton Mallet and continue on the A37 (towards Bristol). At the traffic lights, continue straight on (A37) up the hill, passing Mulberry's factory shop on the right. Pass the turn to the left (B3136) and up another hill passing The Downside Pub on the left. Go down a hill and as the A37 bends right, turn into narrow lane signed Mendip Fireplaces. Continue Past Mendip Fireplaces (on left), then take the 2nd
turn to the right halfway down slight slope - (look out for blue/white direction sign on telegraph pole). Rosemund Green Farm is the first (and only) farm down lane on right.

From Frome (A361)
Approach Shepton Mallet from the A361. Go straight over the traffic lights with the Thatched Cottage Pub on the right. At the next major set of traffic lights joining the A37 (The Charlton Inn to your right), turn right onto the A37 towards Bristol. Go up the hill passing Mulberry's Factory Shop on your right, then continue as above.

From Glastonbury (M5,A361,B3136)
Approach Shepton Mallet on the B3136. At the mini roundabout with the Texaco Garage opposite, turn left. At the next mini roundabout continue straight over. Continue out of town, going up a hill under a large viaduct. Approx 100 yards after the viaduct, the road bends sharply to the right. Take the left hand fork of this bend into an un-marked land (with triangle of grass and a
bench). Continue on this lane (with stone walls on either side) and take the 1st lane to the left halfway up a short slope (look out for blue/white direction sign on telegraph pole). Rosamund Green Farm is the first (and only) farm on the right.

From Wells (A371)
Approach Shepton Mallet on the A371. At the first mini roundabout, turn left. Continue as above (Glastonbury directions)

From Bristol/Bath (A37)
Approach Shepton Mallet on the A37,B3136. After approx 100 yards, you will see a DIY centre on the right followed by a sharp
left hand bend. Turn right off that bend onto an unmarked lane (with triangle of grass and a bench). Continue as above (Wells & Glastonbury directions).
